How It Works

Sign up online and contact Partner Medical directly for a triage call to set up your initial evaluation (10min).​

Receive your initial evaluation via telemedicine or home visit (includes procedures, lab draw, or other services)​.

Step 3: Follow Up

Partner Medical will coordinate follow up care to make sure you get everything you need for 2 weeks.

Billing Details

  • Base fee is paid at sign up, any add on fees are charged after service delivery

  • All fees paid via credit or debit

  • Fees are HSA reimbursable (itemized invoice is provided at the end of membership)

  • Fees can be submitted to insurance to count against deductible

FAQs

Is this urgent care? Partner Medical handles anything an urgent care can handle PLUS all primary care services. This includes specialist referrals (and same-day consults), chronic disease management (e.g. high blood pressure), ordering labs, ordering advanced imaging (e.g. MRIs). Partner Medical is also a known center of high quality medical care with professionals trained at leading institutions and currently working at leading health systems (e.g. Chris Moag PA-C works with and teaches at Northwestern on a part time basis).

Can I use my HSA? Yes! All our services are covered by HSAs. You may have to use your own credit card/bank account to get started, but you'll get an itemized receipt at the end of your membership that you can submit for reimbursement.

Where are you located? We are a hybrid primary care practice. This means we combine telemedicine & home visits to create a comprehensive primary care service that is personalized, high quality, and convenient. Our home-base is in Wicker Park, but we will see patients anywhere in Chicago and will travel right to your home or office.

Can I keep my primary care doctor? Yes. This short-term membership is meant to provide immediate access to primary care services when your doctor is too busy to see you on short notice. We'd love to have you join as a full member, but we also understand that our full memberships aren't for everyone. We'll share all the work we do with you back to your primary care provider at the end of your membership.

Do you see children? Yes! Dr Meador and Chris Moag are both trained in pediatrics and have many years or working with kids. We are happy to see you children for any/all health issues.

Is this concierge medicine? Kinda. Concierge is typically very expensive and bills insurance on top of membership fees. Partner Medical doesn't bill insurance and keeps prices at point that's accessible to most folks and comparable to what you'd pay with insurance in co-pays or before you meet your deductible. However, we do aim to provide a concierge-level of experience with personalized, high quality, and convenient care.

Do you take insurance? Our services are available without insurance. We have a simple billing process to keep your costs low and we'll give you an invoice that you can submit to your insurance to count towards your deductible. You can also submit the invoice to your HSA for reimbursement.

Do you treat injuries? Yes. All Partner Medical providers have extensive training in emergency medicine and can evaluate & treat any injury. We can come to your house and fix up lacerations, small joint dislocations, broken bones, etc.

What if I need lab work? Partner Medical will order and interpret any labs you might need. We use Quest as our lab and we can either have Quest bill your insurance or we can provide discounted cash prices that we've negotiated on your behalf. We'll even come to your house to draw your labs. Once your labs have resulted, you'll get an email with the results and we'll work with you on managing any abnormal results.
