How Does Pricing Work?
Partner Medical uses a Direct Care model. This mean our pricing uses a membership model to cover the cost of care. Our members pay a single monthly fee that is all-inclusive of our services - we will never charge you for anything else.

FAQs
How does it work with my school? If your child is sick, you will be notified as usual by your school's staff. Partner Medical can: Collaborate with your school to determine whether your child needs to be sent home from school to reduce unnecessary dismissals. Depending on the school, sometimes visit your child at school (with you present at the school) to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. Follow up with you and your child to ensure recovery. Provide medical clearance to return to school when needed.
Can I keep my pediatrician? Yes, you can and should keep your pediatrician and may continue seeing them as you please. Partner Medical is an add-on service for convenience and improved access when your child is sick or you have a medical question.
Do you take my insurance? You can have any insurance you’d like with Partner Medical. We don’t bill insurance for our services. Your monthly membership fee covers everything. You can use your insurance to pay for prescribed medications or any diagnostic testing (e.g x-rays).
Do you have experience treating children? Yes. Partner Medical is staffed by clinicians with years of training and over a decade of experience treating childhood illnesses. We have practiced in emergency departments, family practice clinics, and urgent cares and we are trained to provide the highest level care.
Is there a required enrollment length? Yes, we request that you commit to a 6-month membership to start. After that, it's month-to-month, but we ask you give us at least 30 days notice if you choose to unenroll.
Is this concierge medicine? Kinda. Concierge is typically very expensive and bills insurance on top of membership fees. Partner Medical doesn't bill insurance and keeps prices at point that's accessible to most folks and comparable to what you'd pay with insurance in co-pays or before you meet your deductible. However, we do aim to provide a concierge-level of experience with personalized, high quality, and convenient care.
Are you associated with any health systems in Chicago? We are not officially associated with any health system, but maintain relationships at Lurie Children’s, Northwestern, and other systems.
What if I need care outside of school? Partner Medical’s clinicians are available to any member directly. You will get direct access to your provider’s cell phone to text/call whenever you need care.
What my child needs testing? Partner Medical can provide point-of-care testing for many viral and bacterial illnesses (e.g. strep, flu, rsv). If needed, we can coordinate additional testing or imaging (x-ray, ultrasound, etc).
